Shipping Policy

We currently ship physical items only within India. Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at the time of checkout.

Delivery Timeline

• Orders are usually dispatched within 3-7 business days after successful payment and confirmation.
• Delivery time after dispatch is typically 5-10 business days depending on the location.
• Remote areas and certain pin codes may take longer (up to 15 business days).

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination. Exact shipping cost will be shown before you complete the payment. Once paid, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking link via email or SMS (wherever available). You can track your shipment using the provided details.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

In case the package is received damaged or lost during transit, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and contents. We will initiate a claim with the courier partner and arrange for replacement or refund as applicable.

Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct and complete delivery address. Brahmbhatt Heritage will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the user.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. If we start international delivery in future, separate terms will be updated here.
