Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all services offered through www.brahmbhattheritage.com, including expert consultations, seminars, events, and any paid charitable contributions.

Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their booked consultation or event registration as per the following rules:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation or event will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time will not be eligible for any refund.
  • No refund will be provided for cancellations on the day of the consultation or event.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation request. The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment.

Please note that bank charges or payment gateway fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Services

  • One-time consultation fees once the session has started.
  • Donations made towards charitable initiatives.
  • Any service where the expert has already started preparation or the session has commenced.

Event & Seminar Cancellation

In case Brahmbhatt Heritage cancels any event or seminar due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants. We will notify participants via email at the earliest.

How to Request Cancellation or Refund

To cancel a booking or request a refund, please contact us at support@brahmbhattheritage.com or call +91 94503 05055. Provide your booking reference number and reason for cancellation.

All cancellation requests are subject to review and approval by the Brahmbhatt Heritage team.
